Remarkable from a perspective standpoint. The solitary figure adds emotion.

Kind of reminded me of the Imperial Senate in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith [link], but that's just the nerd in me.

Was this a black and white photo (my guess) or is this the actual color of the building?

It's a black and white photo - but there isn't a lot of colors in it anyway. Only a light blue sky and a little brownish/yellowish on the bannisters. The building is white...
